Outdoor Personal Training
Outdoor Personal Training is simply the most fun way to enjoy good weather and get in shape at the same time!
So many times when we’re locked up in our cubicles and offices, we see a beautiful day and wish that we could just be outside…doing some activity that will allow us to enjoy the day. Outdoor Personal Training is one of my most favorite ways to get my clients in shape and outside, simply because it’s so enjoyable for us both.
Most of my outdoor personal training is done with my regular In Home clients on days that are just too nice to stay indoors. No need to ’sign up’ for anything unique…if it’s nice out, we can train outdoors!
